With an MS in Data Science, an MBA, an AI Strategy certification, and 20 years of military experience, James identified a critical vulnerability in the corporate adoption of AI: a dangerous disconnect between theoretical models and operational reality. In the military, intelligence without a secure, disciplined Command and Control (C2) structure is a liability. In the enterprise, it's no different.
He founded Zero Shot Strategies to bridge this gap. His approach is grounded in tactical reality—technology must serve the business, not the other way around. He specializes in 'Zero Shot' deployments: getting organizations from raw data to actionable intelligence with zero wasted time or 'vibe-based' hype.
